Here at Dunthornes we dont just clear faults or change parts on the basis of the diagnostics, we belive in testing the circuit in questions to ensure everything is working correctly and as it should. When we’ve found the source of your vehicles problems, we’ll contact you with our assessment, letting you know our recommendations for repairs. Any concerns you have at this stage, we’ll walk through with you so that you can make an informed decision about how you want to proceed. We will not conduct any repairs on your car without your approval.

With manufactures creating a barrier of a secure gateway blocking aftermarket diagnostic tools from performing lots of basic functions on modern vehicles. Vehicles using secure gateways are: VW, AUDI, SEAT, SKODA, Mercedes, Nissan, Renault, Dacia, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Kia, and Hyundai, among others. Often the only way of getting past the secure gateways is using the main dealer diagnostic software, which is where we come in. Using genuine main dealer software allows us to bypass the secure gateway to perform functions like basic settings, adaptions, resets, coding and many more funtions, Our Diagnostic is also performing diagnostics on DoIP vehicles including Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, BMW, and VAG.
